Adding Solar Panels without Drilling

If you want to add solar panels to your vehicle, but don’t want to permanently mark or drill into your frame or roof. You can add solar panels by using double-sided tape or a strong adhesive and Velcro.

I added 2 120 watt 12v solar panels to my Honda Odyssey van. I set it up in parallel.  I used 3M industrial strength double-sided tape and masked it with Gorilla tape.  So, no drilling.  I would like to mention that I used zip ties to help with the wiring.  My solar panels came with 10 AWG wire and I extended using 8 AWG wire.  My page called project steps shows the pictures and the video below shows what it looks like after the installation.
